Our hiring standards are built around safety, compliance, and long-term stability. These guidelines are aligned with our insurance requirements and protect both your earning power and our ability to keep freight moving.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have a minimum of 2 full years of recent, continuous Class A experience in the United States
- Have all required endorsements
- Maintain a valid, unrestricted license
- Meet all FMCSA / DOT qualification standards
- Pass required pre-employment screenings (drug screen, DOT physical, background check, MVR review)
What We Cannot Accept
Because of safety and insurance standards, we are unable to move forward with applicants who have:
Within the Past 5 Years:
- DUI / DWI
- Alcohol or drug-related driving offenses
- Refusal of a BAC test
- Vehicular homicide or assault
- Any felony involving the use of a motor vehicle
Within the Past 3 Years:
- Leaving the scene of an accident (hit-and-run)
- Reckless or careless driving
- Speed contests or racing
- Speeding 20+ mph over the limit or exceeding 85 mph
- Driving while suspended or revoked
- Attempting to elude law enforcement
- Texting or handheld device use while driving
- Violating an out-of-service order
Moving Violations & Accident Standards
We’re looking for consistency and professionalism.
Applicants must not have:
- More than 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- More than 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents in the past 12 months
Integrity Matters
We expect honesty from the start.
We cannot move forward with applicants who:
- Provide false or incomplete information
- Misrepresent accident or employment history
- Lack proper CDL endorsements
- Have a currently restricted license (subject to review)
